mRNA Cancer Medicines for Every Patient
Teaching the immune system to find cancer and fight it.
Cancer hides from the immune system. ImmunoScript makes mRNA-based immunotherapies that carry two kinds of instructions at once:
Cytokines
Messengers that call immune cells into the tumor.
Tumor antigens
Markers that show immune cells what to attack.
Lasting
Train the body's own defenses for durable control.
Off the shelf
Made in advance. No custom batch, no waiting.
For every patient
One product, made at scale, within reach of many.
Why now
The era of mRNA cancer medicine has begun.
What's missing is one ready for every patient.
mRNA works at global scale
mRNA medicines can be designed quickly and made for millions.
Personalized mRNA is fighting cancer
Custom-made mRNA treatments are helping patients in clinical trials. But each one is built for a single person, and that takes weeks.
An effective off-the-shelf immunotherapy
One ready-made mRNA therapy that works for many patients. That is the gap ImmunoScript is built to fill.
How it works
Two barriers. One therapy.
Tumors block immune cells at two steps: getting in and recognizing the cancer. Our lead therapy, IS-001, unlocks both.
Pipeline
Starting with pancreatic cancer.
Built to expand to other solid tumors.
IS-001 is our lead therapy targeting pancreatic cancer.

| IS-001Lead indication: pancreatic cancerA multiplexed mRNA therapy combining 5 cytokines and 3 tumor antigens. | |
| IS-002Lead indication: solid tumors (undisclosed) |
Results
What IS-001 achieved in preclinical studies.
Tested in aggressive mouse models of pancreatic cancer.
Tumors disappeared
Half of treated tumors cleared completely.
Cancer stayed away
Tumors stayed away for a year, long after treatment stopped.
Immune memory
The immune system learned to recognize the cancer and kept watch, so tumors did not return.
